Thank you again to @Chiarng Lin for the help working through some of the environmental issues attributed to using internal ServiceNow Demo Instances. 

In a true Prod-SubProd environment, this is a lot easier to do than in ServiceNow Demo instances. Once implemented, it works exactly as it should.
