Right now I have been looking for this but for the SaaS / SSO integrations which I don't see in your SAM diagram (but it is excellent for the rest)! 

Do you have one to share that includes that too?

Great work again; and as for the HAM diagram, I can suggest using colors to show what's SAM Pro, SAM Foundation plugin or base ITSM Asset

Thank you for sharing this helpful diagram for SAM.

I am trying to understand how the SaaS tables are related to the core SAM tables, one of these tables is Software Subscriptions (samp_sw_subscription), which isn't part of your architecture diagram. (The only SaaS related tables in your diagram seems to be Software Usage samp_sw_usage)

Will you be able to help me understand where does samp_sw_subscription plays a part in the SAM architecture?
