We have a 12-year-old instance and have been slow to move to Workspaces because it's so different.  The two courses were good and helped explain a lot.  However, as I look at the record pages, specifically the Overview pages, I am lost.  I found a video, but it was 2 years old, so it was worthless.  It would be nice to see an explanation of how the Overview and record pages work and how we can edit them.  As a specific example, how do you edit the fields shown under summary?

 

Other feedback, the online documentation is worthless.  No examples, no explanations, just a short description of what it does.  If that is the future, then more is needed on the training side, because it is currently an absolute zero.
