@SN Arch Guy This article covers the "Document and Visual Insights AI Agent" (DVI) OOB AI Agent specifically. It does not seem that what you are invoking from the Now Assist Panel has any reference to the DVI AI Agent. I'd suggest to review which flow is being invoked from the Now Assist Panel.
