@Raguram1 We're interested in integrating Teams with Incident / Major Incident Management to allow sending communications from major incidents, and creating conference bridges via Teams calls. 

 

You mentioned that "Conversational Integrations with MS Teams" and "ServiceNow for Microsoft 365" are separate integrations. Any suggestions on which would be the correct one to pursue here?
