You may need to add another CORS rule in ServiceNow related to API: Advance Chat Settings [now/advance_chat_settings], if you are getting the following error:

 Access to fetch at 'https://xxxx.service-now.com/api/now/advance_chat_settings/get_feature_status' from origin 'https://www.xxxx.abc.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: The value of the 'Access-Control-Allow-Credentials' header in the response is '' which must be 'true' when the request's credentials mode is 'include'.
