I have configured the Virtual Agent using the custom URL:
https://chatcustom.service-now.com/sn_va_web_client_app_embed.do 

However, when users attempt to access this URL from outside our domain, they are redirected to the SSO login page.

I would like to understand how to make this Virtual Agent URL publicly accessible so it can be embedded and used on third-party websites that are outside our domain, without requiring SSO authentication.
