Sponsorship Benefits
- 20-30 minutes at the SNUG meeting to co-present a customer case study or use case (no sales presentations are permitted)
- Display area at the registration check-in area to share marketing materials or giveaways and to welcome attendees
- Ability to collect business cards by marketing promotion (raffle, etc.)
- Company name and logo promoted on community site event listing
- Sponsor logo included on email invitations
- A list of company names and number of attendees per company who attend the event (due to privacy, we do not provide attendee names or emails)
- Exclusive partner representation at the event
Using the partner portal to apply for a SNUG sponsorship
- Log-in to the partner portal and select Marketing from the top menu
- Click Sponsor a ServiceNow Event from the left side menu
- Click Submit SNUG Sponsorship Application
- Fill in contact information
- Select the User Group and you would like to sponsor from the pull-down menu and the quarter you are requesting.
- Fill in the remaining fields on the form including the appropriate Accounts Payable name and email
- Click the box to accept the contract Terms and Conditions
- Click Add Session to Application in the lower right-hand corner
*Please note: You must submit a separate application for each SNUG & Quarter you want to sponsor
