Sponsorship Benefits 

  • 20-30 minutes at the SNUG meeting to co-present a customer case study or use case (no sales presentations are permitted)
  • Display area at the registration check-in area to share marketing materials or giveaways and to welcome attendees
  • Ability to collect business cards by marketing promotion (raffle, etc.)
  • Company name and logo promoted on community site event listing
  • Sponsor logo included on email invitations
  • A list of company names and number of attendees per company who attend the event (due to privacy, we do not provide attendee names or emails)
  • Exclusive partner representation at the event

Using the partner portal to apply for a SNUG sponsorship

  • Log-in to the partner portal and select Marketing from  the top menu
  • Click Sponsor a ServiceNow Event from the left side menu
  • Click Submit SNUG Sponsorship Application
  • Fill in contact information
  • Select the User Group and you would like to sponsor from the pull-down menu and the quarter you are requesting.
  • Fill in the remaining fields on the form including the appropriate Accounts Payable name and email
  • Click the box to accept the contract Terms and Conditions
  • Click Add Session to Application in the lower right-hand corner

*Please note: You must submit a separate application for each SNUG & Quarter you want  to sponsor
