The time has come to start planning for our 2025 Toronto SNUG.
As you have probably noticed, our SNUG events have been GROWING and we want to get ahead to ensure we have a full agenda to relay to potential attendees.
At this point in time we are looking for sponsors and speakers to participate in the SNUG.
Sponsors:
This year, we will have 2 X partner sponsors instead of one. The reason for this being, we have grown in attendance exponentially, and in turn, require a larger space and more people to feed!
As of now, we do not yet have a location or speakers confirmed, but we wanted to get ahead to allow for ample time to drive registration.
Sponsorship fee will remain the same for each sponsor, at $10,000 USD each, and will include the following:
- 30 minutes at the SNUG meeting to co-present a customer case study or use case - no sales presentations are permitted, one “introduction” slide is permitted
- Display area at the registration check-in area to share marketing materials or giveaways and to welcome attendees
- Ability to collect business cards by marketing promotion (raffle, etc.)
- Company name and logo promoted on community site event listing
- Sponsor logo included on email invitations
- A list of company names and number of attendees per company who attend the event (due to privacy, we do not provide attendee names or emails)
- Exclusive partner representation at the event* To ensure selected partner sponsors receive the most value from their SNUG event investment, we ask that non-sponsoring partners not attend events. At any time before or during an event, a non-sponsoring partner may be asked by a member of the SNUG steering committee to not attend or leave a SNUG meeting. Our guidelines are intended to ensure partner sponsors and customers get the most value from participating in SNUGs. Non-sponsoring partners who attend without registration will be denied entry.
*For the Toronto SNUG events, two partners may be selected.
If you’re interested in sponsoring, please submit your request via the Partner Portal. If you do not have a customer of topic as of yet, please leave the space blank for the time being to be filled in closer to the date.
Applying via the Partner Portal
- Log-in to the Partner Portal and select Marketing from the top menu
- Click Sponsor a ServiceNow Event from the left side menu
- Click Submit SNUG Sponsorship Application
- Fill in contact information
- Select the User Group you would like to sponsor from the pull-down menu
- Fill in the remaining fields on the form including the appropriate Accounts Payable name and email. The invoice will only be sent to the designated AP contact, so please make arrangements if the invoice needs to be forwarded to other internal recipients.
- Click the box to accept the contract Terms and Conditions – if you require a copy, please take a screen shot(s) of the contract. A copy will not be provided.
- One submission per SNUG is required
