Hi Lexie,

off the top of my head, here are two topics that I would like to hear about.

1 - Vulnerability Management - Managing vulnerabilities in the cloud and Automated remediation of vulnerabilities.  We need to cover the cloud and we need to do things faster and as close to real time as possible.

2 - Citizen Development - Who is actually really really really doing this.  What are the challenges, successes and guidance on how to set up a proper program around this.

Good Morning Lexie,

A quick overview of some of the latest and greatest features would be nice.  Perhaps we could dig into the UI builders a bit?  Maybe showcase some use-cases for VA.

I'm curious about Grant's second point as well.  We've developed our own internal Center of Excellence and Innovation (loosely modeled after ServiceNow's), however it mainly includes distributed developers who have a technical background, not much representation from the business.

Great feedback folks.  I want to see what comes out of K22 that may be great topics for our August SNUG.  Citizen Development has a few sessions at conference this year and I'm checking out one of them to see what has changed in the approach.   Are either of you going to K22?

I wish I could, but I don't think it's in the cards this year.  Definitely next year.  Might try to catch the smaller local conferences ServiceNow sometimes puts on.
