I have raised an incident in partner portal while raising in community. they have taken care of this.

Couple of months ago, I encountered the same situation while trying to log into Saba Cloud via my SNOW account.
I raised a support case via the Partner Portal. In the description, I explained the issue and also attached a screenshot of the error message.
Couple of days later, the assigned support engineer resolved the problem.

Thus, I would advise you to do the same and open a record in the Portal.
