192.168.16.11 - is this a discoverable device?

I am currently working on the CIS-Discovery module, and I've encountered an issue where the IP address 192.168.16.11 consistently fails to get discovered, they have asked us to scan this particular IP in all the tasks and since it fails I am unable to complete the course in spite of doing everything right. I'm not sure which device this IP corresponds to. My MID Server host (IP: 10.255.0.205) is being successfully discovered, along with the Linux servers. However, this particular IP remains unscanned despite multiple attempts.

Hi @ashikaruths

If you're following the same incident, it’s better to log a Now Learning Case.
And if you’ve completed 80% of your labs, you can submit and get the voucher.

Hello @ashikaruths ,

If you are doing all steps correctly and also you have issue then you should raise Service now High Portal Case to Service now Vendor they will intervene and issue will resolve or they can found bug and fix it.

Thanks and Regards,

Deepak Pawar.

First, it was "Hi", not "High" and is currently NowSupport. Although Hi is still used a lot, people that are newer to the ecosystem don't know the term.
Secondly, this is about a ServiceNow course followed on NowLearning, so a NowLearning case should be created so they can check what is going on. NowSupport will never do anything with learning instances.
