Personal Developer Instance (PDI) - Restarting Instance

LIDIAMC

Hi,

My Personal Developer Instance (PDI) has been stuck in the "Restarting" state for over an hour. I requested an extension yesterday and now the instance won't start. I can't stop, restart, or release it manually.

This is blocking my progress in the CSA Fundamentals course, so I would appreciate any help in resetting or unlocking the instance.

Thanks in advance!

@LIDIAMC There is nothing you could do in this case except requesting a new PDI instance.  There is no official support available from ServiceNow for PDIs, either wait for few more hours to see if the instance comes back to life or request for a new instance.

Hi @LIDIAMC ,

I guess you are talking about your Lab instance not PDI. In this case you don't have any other option apart from Waiting. After some time see if it is back or you can able to Release it or can request a new lab instance.

If my answer helped you in anyways, please mark it - Solution accepted.
