A reminder for all of Us in the ServiceNow EcoSystem

I have spent the past week working on the Service Portal Micro cert. I have invested this time for a number of reasons:

 

  1. It makes me a better Business Process Consultant by having an improved understanding of the Service Portal Elements of ServiceNow. 
  2. It helps me to grow by learning  something new. 
  3. It will demonstrate to my clients and others that I have a basic understanding of the Service Portal and can help them with their implementations.
  4. As an employee of a Partner, it helps my company with demonstrating expertise that is essential to the partner program.

I am curious as to what each of you all are learning and growing on in the ServiceNow Space - either indirectly or directly?

I have been working on the SPM (PPM) Modules.  I completed the NextGen program last summer.  We practiced building an app (in app engine) as a team and my role was to make the service portal.   As part of the Customer Success Team at GlideFast, I agree that the additional training helps with my role!
