CSA voucher expiring

HI , I want to extend CSA voucher , it is expiring on 16 Feb , can someone guide the process.

Hi Avinash,

Create a Case with the ServiceNow from Now learning portal using the Help option on the top and add your questions to the case. They will guide you about the next steps.

Hit like, Helpful or Correct depending on the impact of the response

Just get raise case with servicenow from nowlearning portal. 

Very rare chance of voucher expiry extension, without any technical difficulties.

Make sure to complete exam on or before time with all require study.

I don't think the validity can be extended even when u go to servicenow but what else u can do is schedule an exam to some later date where u wish (again not sure till when we can max schedule but I have seen dates available for next 1-2 months).

Once scheduled if u feel u require some more time u can just reschedule it again before 3 days of ur start date.

Firstly, try to schedule the CSA exam on the webassessor portal, to check if you can select a date later than expiry, if you are able to do, no need of extension to the voucher code.

Else you can raise a support case in the nowlearning portal to request the extension of voucher, and again they are not obliged to extend the expiration but as a goodwill they might do for a month. Try your luck.
