Access denied to university course section

I am trying to review the materials for the "Flow Designer Micro-Certification Assessment" course before retaking the assessment exam, but the system says I don't have access and immediately sends me back to the university landing page.  Is it not possible to see the materials again once you've taken the exam?

Hello @epimeth -

Even you take exam you can go through course n times as you wish. It might be some issue with login or cache issue over browser. Try from different browser or see if any new version of course is available and you can go through course. 
If issue still persist, I recommend you raise a Case under Help Center menu and then click on Create Case button.

Technically, you should be able to access the course as many times as you want. It might be a cache issue. Try logging out and logging back in, then access the module from step 1 and go through the course again before attempting the exam. If the issue persists, please log a case with the Now Learning team via the Help Center.
