Accessing ServiceNow Certification Support

Hello,

I recently had difficulties connecting with the Exam Provider to sit a CIS (Camera issues). After trouble-shooting for 2 hrs we still could not even get to the point I could even START the exam.  Eventually after being redirected 3-4 times I could no longer get human support at Kryterion and It was very late indeed.

 

Over the following days I have tried connecting with Now Learning Support via a number of email links (these are now retired). I also raised a case 5 days ago.  Sadly only I have reviewed. I understand completely the realities for providing support being Case dependent. Sadly sometimes a human touch is needed. Am I missing a very obvious support channel?  Any tips gratefully received!!

 

These are all now disabled.

Hi @James Campbell1 ,

 

I have been through the exact same on one of my CIS certifications. Unfortunately, the only way forward is through the case creation through NowLearning, as you have already done. I know there can be some waiting time which can be frustrating, but they will respond - so be patient

Greetings!!

Sorry to hear your experience , but could you please tell me what exact issue you had. I had camera issue where my video was not going to exam executive and my exam did not start. and after connecting with Kryterion  support (Human support with in min) ,issue get solved. Issue was not with camera but with bandwidth. The upload & download.  If i remeber upload was more than download.
