How to Download On Demand Training Certificate

Hi,

I have completed the ServiceNow Administration on demand training.  How can I download the training completion certificate?

My Course Certifications shows (0). I can see the training completion badge but I want to download certification.

Hi @makquadri ,

After you complete your Training, it provides you with BADGE only.

If you are looking for Certificate then you will need to appear for Certification exam and once you pass it, the certificate would be seen under certificates under my profile in Now learning.

There is no certification available for "only" training completion. Instead you need to complete the CSA exam to obtain a certification.

Hi,

There is a tab where it shows the course certificates and the On Demand courses that I have completed not listed.

It is showing in "My Badges" but how can I download or share on LinkedIn (for example).
