Hi David,
We currently only have a badge for the Certified Application Developer certification. We do intend on creating badges for the others and once we do we'll add them to those who have passed the exams. I have added the Certified Application Developer badge to your profile.

Some of the badges are for completion of tasks in community, others are for certifications.
