Associate Support Specialist > Customer Service Case Management issue

I am currently going through the Associate Support Specialist training module, and have progressed through all the required modules up to Customer Service Case Management.  However, the panel is not showing "Complete!" for this last module I have completed, depsite having a notification stating that I did complete it.

Tried to contact support, but apparently my account does not qualify for tech support.

 

Please advise.

Associate Support Specialist journey need to have all the mandatory training modules to be completed for the journey to be marked as Completed. If you are referring to the completion status of the Customer Case Management module/training itself and if you are received notification stating that it is completed then you may be able to create a case with Now Support. 

 

On your Now Learning platform page, click the Help Center tab and you should a button to Create a Case. You can use the Administration as Case Category and Training & Learning Credit Management as the Sub-Category there.

Hello, rajumunta.

I have been completing everything as I go through the module.  I've done it a total of three times, so far, and it's still showing as "Resume", not "Completed!", which is confusing.  Unless there are some hidden things that need to be viewed/answered, it should be showing as done.

Thank you for your suggestion on making a case.  I'll go back and see if I can find what you are describing.

Hey, hope you are doing well. I have recently done those modules too, all good for me. As I remember I had similar ''issues'' like this throughout the modules, what I did was start over one content by one and clicking the arrow down on the botton oof every module to go to the next charpter/content. This module doesn't even have Lab to complete which you would require intances. Maybe try clear cache from ALL TIMES on your Chrome and restart your pc, it might resolve if you haven't done this yet. I hope this can give you some different idea to resolve that, if not, yeah support is the next step. Good luck. Fabio.
