Hello,
I know that there is attachment size limit as default 1gb. System admin can change that but is there a max limit that admin can set?
And how many attachment file can I attach in servicenow is there a file count limit?

You are right, 1GB is the attachment size limit. ServiceNow doesn't specify a number on what can be the max limit to which the size limit can be set, however in one of the ServiceNow kb articles, I have seen them taking 2GB example but again it can be set per the customer's requirement. It is very subjective as to what size will specify different customers and hence it is kept open ended meaning take the number where your need is met.
Again there is no official word on maximum file count limit on tables.
