Hi - does anyone know of a list of very basic ServiceNow training that is very high-level for those who have never seen the platform? I've found a lot of info for those wanting to grow their technical skills from the basics but not a basic overview. Thank you!

Hi @Aaron Otte
Being a ServiceNow trainer, I would suggest starting your journey with the ServiceNow ecosystem fundamentals and foundational training. Welcome to ServiceNow! This training will give you a basic understanding of the platform and its different areas.
Once you complete the foundational training, I recommend starting with CSA (Certified System Administrator) as your first and primary certification. It will help you build a strong understanding of the platform and give you a solid foundation for exploring the wider ServiceNow ecosystem.
As a trainer, I’ve seen that not all training needs to be technically focused. I also have videos on my channel covering more fundamental concepts and the broader ServiceNow ecosystem, which you may find useful.
I’d recommend starting with the foundational training first and then progressing to CSA.
