How do I allocate a User Learning Credits on to training course please

Hello,

 

Trying to book a couple of colleagues onto a ServiceNow University course have bought learning credits and now trying to allocate/transfer to a related account do they can book the training slot they need.

there will not be anyone to help you here, rather go to the help centre and create a case from there (button on the right side). It will be routed to the proper team to assist/answer you.

I'm not sure if this will work for you, but it's worth a try...

 

I have training admin credentials, and if I go to Admin tools in SN University, I can access a dashboard to administer learning credits:

If you have the correct credentials, hopefully this works the same way for you. Otherwise, you may have to contact your organization's designated SN training admin, or contact support.
