Benefit of Badge

What is the benefit of badge and how I publish it in social media. Also I have earned through my company and if I change my company, my mail id also removed.

Practically no benefit. A badge you earn indicates that you completed a course but matter is learning. I saw few ppl who jsut do next next in training to get a badge 😄

It's not easy to spend 03 day and no benefit shown excpet CSA Voucher.

Also if anyone just click on next button also not easy because for Associate Project Manager require to focus to complete all chapters.

Servicenow will think for same.

Agree 3 day is not easy but agaib CSA voucher is worth of that 3 days .

Hi there,

 

Personally I see no benefit in badgets at all. Perhaps it might be some kind of motivation for certain people or a form of gamification which make people go after it. Though especially posting such on LinkedIn... just too funny.

 

Even with for example Micro Certifications, when people who have "architect" in their function title are posting the Micro Certification for "Welcome to ServiceNow"... you just can't take such architects seriously (for new people in ServiceNow eco-system that's different story ofcourse, good started for them).
