Hi
I am currently facing an issue. I cleared my CAD exam on 26/01/2026 under newly introduced Pearson Vue exam system but found there is no certification number in my certificate. Instead there is only a dash (-) sign showing up and that certificate is not downloading. please rectify my issues.

certificate should have a number. Check if you can see the certificate in Raise a case with ServiceNow University to rectify the issue

The issue has been reported by multiple users following the transition to Pearson VUE. Lots of ServiceNow community posts are there for same reason.
This affects recent certifications like CAD and CSA etc. Users should log a ticket with the ServiceNow Learning team for resolution.
Go to SN University > Help Centre (top menu) and Create a case

With the move to Pearon Vue, exams taken on Pearson will not have a certification ID. That was a function of the previous vendor. Your certificate above is correct.
