Can I transfer my certificates to my new company email id after joining new company?

Hello Community,

 

I'm facing some issue while transferring my certificates to my personal nowlearning id. Today is my last working day in current organization so concerned about it. Can I transfer my certificates to my new company email id after joining new company?

 

Please help me with the answers.

Hi there @Ankita Kolhe , Yes, you can transfer the certifications to your new email ID anytime, 

Here's how you can do it, follow the steps given in this post - update email for now learning 

OR you can create a ticket for the same from the now learning portal using VA.

Hi @Ankita Kolhe ,

You can transfer your NowLearning certificates and trainings to your personal account, even if today is your last working day in your current organization. The process involves creating a case in NowLearning requesting the transfer of your certifications to your personal account email. This can be done before or after you join your new company.

Once you join your new company, you can also ask your new employer to add your new company email to the partner portal. After that, you can log a new case from the new email and request NowLearning to transfer your certificates, vouchers, and training history from your old email to the new company email.

It is important to start this process before leaving your current organization and maintain documentation of all your certifications for reference. The transfer process typically takes about 5-7 business days. Additionally, make sure to update your WebAssessor account email to the new organization’s email to keep all your certifications linked correctly for future renewals.

Below are the steps for merging your accounts:

First, clear your browser cache in Google Chrome and restart.
2. After that, log in to your new Now Learning account using your credentials via this link: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/.

3.Click on the profile icon (typically showing your initials) in the top-right corner of the Now Learning page and select Update My Profile.

4.Scroll down to the "Identity" section and click on either the Update ID or Merge Old ID link.
If you've created a new ServiceNow ID, click Merge Old ID.
If you have not created a new ServiceNow ID, click Update ID
5. Carefully review the considerations provided.
(If you're ready to proceed, click Yes to submit the merge request, or click No if you'd prefer to continue later)
6.Enter your alternate ServiceNow ID in the provided field and follow the on-screen verification instructions.
(Note: If you're unable to access your email, click the Show other verification options link.)

7.Click Verify. You should then see the "Email Verified" page.

8.Review, Confirm and authorize the merge request details.

9.Finally, click Submit to complete the process. Your merge request is now submitted.
Please note:
Save your request ID for any support or troubleshooting you may need during the process.
The Merge Old ID process may take up to 48 hours to complete, while the Update ID process takes about 4 hours.
Once the process is finalized, you'll receive a confirmation email.
