Can some one share the list of used cases to prepare for CSA exam

I am done with all the training materials in now platform and looking to get some hands on on the topics I learned in system administrator learning path.

Is there a way to get list of used cases,examples that I can use to practice? 

Can someone pl share link or document to download?

Hi Minal,

Practice tests wont give positive results if all bases of ServiceNow are not covered in the first place. There is no substitute for platform subject knowledge and hands on expertise. Ensure you are fully done with the thorough study of ServiceNow fundamental official course modules and going through each section of the Exam blueprint.

Use the simulator practice tests and question banks to validate your preparation and see where you stand and where you lack context. Come back to ServiceNow learning modules for fixing gaps of understanding, if any. Define the time of preparation based on your experience - It may range from days to a month or so. 

There is no assurance that practice sets (online practice sets or exam dumps found on the internet) will help you pass BUT those will check your confidence and readiness in dealing with different types of questions. Most importantly, Do not memorize answers to practice tests. That is a trap most fall into.

When you get the point where you review and stop having significant "ah-ha" moments, you're probably ready. Good luck and wish you the best !

Looking through some forum questions and trying to answer some will provide good actual experience. Other people often tend to add to add to replies that I've made often with better ways thus providing me with better understanding of the platform features.

Most questions in the forum are actual cases that users are having difficulties so they're much more actual than the text bases scenario offered in courses. However, be sure to check replies from other people because some of them are replied without actual checking and may not actually work.
