The Lift Off Challenge has been an amazing learning experience for ServiceNow University. It really helped me better understand AI concepts and how AI can be applied in practical ServiceNow use cases. The courses were easy to follow, and the puzzles were especially exciting and thought-provoking.
I’m grateful to share that I was selected as a winner for both Phase 1 and Phase 2.
