Was working on ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals and finishing up my Module 9 Capstone Project. Please see screen shot. I DO NOT have password for admin (never did). I'm not sure since I was granted an extension, if passwords change? Please help, this lab expires in 2 days.

Hi there, when you request the lab instance originally, you should have gotten an email with the URL, username and password. The subject line from my last one is something like
"Your Lab Instance Details for xxx"
Try searching for that.
Also, how are you getting to the instance? Are you using the link from the course page with the link like "Open Instance". That link should be a magic link where you should not need to enter in an username and password.

When you have requested instance, You must have received a mail in your mail id.
If not found,
Raise a case to Now learning support and follow up . They will help you.
