Hi Team,

Getting this message "Did you add and post a comment?" while validating task

Please help to resolve this

Hi @ameychitale,

the validation is sometimes difficult, what you can try is to create a new incident and be sure that you use the proper user account only (platform user, not sys admin).

What could make the difference here is to create the incident, save it and then add the comment rather than to do all this in one step..

Let me know how it went for you.

PS: If the validation doesn't pass, you can complete the lab at 80 % (unless this would be a prerequisite for later steps) so don't spend too much time on adding comments and move to the next steps. This part isn't worth burning too much time
