I, and may of my colleagues, are undertaking the relatively new career journeys. I think these career journeys are fantastic and have pointed many people towards them.
However, I (and my colleagues) already have CSA under the old ServiceNow Fundamentals course. We are now being told we must do the new administration course to receive our badges as it is different to the old course.
I believe this course should be made free to all those who have CSA. My reasoning is:
1. We are already undertaking (and paying for) recertification.
2. If the content is different, shouldn't we be incentivized to retrain rather than trying to utilize already stretched training budgets?
