Catalog Items Not Showing

Hello, 

 

I have an order guide that has 30 catalog items.  I had to add a new catalog item titled "QlikView/Qlik Sense- AMC-Finance".  I added the catalog item under the Rule based tab where the other catalog items are located.  A screen shot is below. I selected the Access Profile I needed and then selected Access Needed.  About only half of the catalog items show under Access Needed.  Do you know why 30 catalog items show on the Rule Based tab, but only half of them show on the form under Access Needed and what I should do to get them all to show?

Check the Availability criteria/condition on those Catalog items
