Certification Cost for Associate Business Process Analyst

I am looking at the Associate Business Process Analyst certification. From the web site, I see this is collection of certifications for ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, ITSM Fundamentals, Employee Center Essentials, etc.

Questions is, once all these are passed, Service Now certification is achieved, or there is a separate exam? Also, cost is sum of individual cost, or is there a single place where to purchase it?

Thanks, Fuad

Hi @fuadcurcic ,

The Associate Business Process Analyst doesn't provide or give any certification, but is more a ServiceNow suggested training for career path. If you want to be certified CSA, CAS, CIS or CAD then this will require additional training besides what is mentioned in the career path.

Hi,

Associate Business Process Analyst is a journey, not a certification. It's like a guide on trainings and other activities to take.  Unlike Implementer journey this one doesn't state to take any certifications, just the trainings.

The cost would be the total sum of all the trainings, but you will not get any mainline certifications. Compare it with the Implmenter journey and you will see similar training requirements but also with steps for credentials.

Niklas

HI @fuadcurcic

Greetings!!

Recently ServiceNow revamped the Now Learning site and content and introduced 4 journey. Business Analysts is journey and different training are stations in that journey. True, this will not give any mainline certification but you will learn a lot from this.

If you want to do certification you need to follow paths. My video will help you to learn about same:
