Hey @VaHogin734,
If you're looking to advance your ServiceNow career after your Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, here's a great certification path:
- CIS - IT Service Management (ITSM): Start with this to learn the ropes of IT Service Management, covering incident, problem, change, and request management.
- CAD: Next, dive into the Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. It's your gateway to building custom apps and integrations on ServiceNow.
After CAD, the ServiceNow world is your oyster!
You can choose to specialize in your favorite area, whether it's HR, IT Operations (ITOM), Customer Service (CSM), or Security Operations (SecOps). The choice is yours!
This path helps you build a strong foundation and then specialize in the field you're most passionate about.
Go for it, and keep climbing the ServiceNow certification ladder!
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Thanks,
Arsalan

Hi, I think that you should consider your current role, business drivers (if any), personal interests\drivers.
If interested in developer type work you could look at CAD, otherwise CIS-ITSM would be a good general next step (regardless of any interest in developing); but if your organization uses CSM or has a requirement for another core skill-set, then aligning your next course with subject matter that you use every day might make it easier as you would have real-world context to leverage.

Hello Tony,
I like your response. I have my CSA and my team needs CSM know-how. Do you think I can go ahead and dive into that or will it be too much to take? If so, what path leads me to it.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, I would suggest diving straight in; if during the training you encounter any subject matter that you feel need further review, you can always pause your current study path and detour as required.
