1. Exam Delivery & Proctoring Options: Could you let us know how the exams are conducted and what proctoring options are available? 

• Is Onsite Proctored testing available in Philippines?
• Do you offer Event Proctored sessions (e.g., scheduled group sessions)?
• Is Online Proctored testing an option for remote participants?

1. Payment Process: Please confirm accepted payment options, deadlines, and if there are any policies around refunds or rescheduling.
2. Exam Retake Policy: in case someone doesn’t pass the exam on the first try-what is your retake policy?

• Are there extra fees for retakes?
• How many attempts are allowed?
• Is there a waiting period between attempts?
• If someone takes the exam remotely and experiences technical issues, such as internet problem or a power failure, after starting the exam, and  unable to complete it, what options are available to them.

You need to create your account here. However, before that, when you're completing the CSA training, there is a step in the training to link your new learning account with Webassessor.

• Is Onsite Proctored testing available in the Philippines? -- Atul: I assume yes, you can log in in the above link and search in your location
• Do you offer Event Proctored sessions (e.g., scheduled group sessions)? --> Atul: I think No, individual need to book the exam 
• Is Online Proctored testing an option for remote participants?  - yes, 100%. You need laptop and external webcam
