challenge with completing Xanadu Administration fundamentals lab 7

I am working through the Xanadu administration fundamentals labs.
I believe I correctly peformed all the steps for Lab 7.1.1
however, when I attempt section 7: verify business rules work, I do not get the desired result.

e.g. the Test contact does not populate in the contact field.
I went through all the steps again. I do not see any errors.

Who can review and guide me as to what is missing or what happened to the instance?
