Hello,

can somebody please help me with answering this question?

Your customer wants to know why users with the problem_coordinator role can Communicate workarounds, and fixes; but users with problem_task_analyst cannot. How do you explain this?

  • A. The technical resources working on the problem investigation are focused on the technical details, and may provide information that is not useful for the callers
  • B. The problem coordinator is the only role with the ability to recall a message
  • C. The problem coordinator is responsible for approving or rejecting the proposed message
  • D. The message will be automatically displayed on the Portal

Hi @deekeej ,

It's pretty simple to answer this as it goes by the name of the role itself.

To understand this, you got to know the hierarchy which goes by Manager> Coordinator> Analyst.

So by this , it means the highest possible accesses would be with Manager , then Coordinator and finally the Analyst.

 The Analyst is somebody who has been assigned with a particular job   and they completes it, However the Coordinator has various jobs and not just confined with a single job to do.

 

so if I understand correctly, c is the answer.
