As @Dr Atul G- LNG mentioned. it really depends on the region/company etc. In general, I would recommend ITSM as this is basic. Many companies utilize HR/CSM. VR,GRC,SIR is currently a hot topic in many companies. 

Instead of looking at the CIS, I would instead recommend you to look at the overall learning possibilities such as, CSA, CAD together with learning the Topics: AI, Portals and Configurable workspaces.

I agree with @Dr Atul G- LNG & @AndersBGS. Simply having one CIS cert rather than another isn't going to make any difference. Turn the question around and ask yourself: what subject area excites me enough that I'm ready to excel in it. Then get that cert, and do other related training/learning, so that you stand out as an expert.
