CIS Data foundation stuck at 99% and I cannot register for exam

I have completed all course work for CIS Data foundation but my account is stuck at 99%.

I have sent case to SN University without success so farCS0607136:  When trying to register for Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) Implementer I cannot proceed on my desktop or mobile device. I have completed course work for both. 

I am trying to register ASAP. Please advise how to overcome this issue

Hi @dred 

Since you’ve already logged a case, you’ll need to wait for an update. In the meantime, you can check a couple of things:

  • Make sure you’ve watched the video all the way to the last second—sometimes the course doesn’t progress if it’s not fully completed.

  • On the final activity or page, try scrolling all the way to the bottom, as some courses require that before marking it complete.

These are just a few areas you can double-check.

No worry at all.  It happened to me for multiple courses.

Generally Now Learning Support is not available at weekend. Hopefully by Monday your issues would be sorted.
