Hi Community,

I have taken the CIS-Data Foundations exam on Mar - 18 through web proctor Pearson Vue. My Exam got revoked due to suspicious activity (looking off screen) which not my intesion to cheat.

Later that i tried to register again for the same exam but it is not allowing me to register. I have raised a ticket to Help Center and its been two weeks no one replied.

I even tried to create a new ticket for the  same but they replied that "Already a ticket has been raised on the same we are closing the ticket considering it as a duplicate.

I dont know what to do. And i have a deadline to meet the certification exam for my new job.

Can anyone help me on this.

Thank You

I've raised the issue with the certification leads to at least get you a response as to where they are in the process. I know getting details from the vendor can take some time, assuming they had to go that route.

Hi @tarunraaviu,

send that case number to Jim using the direct messaging (the envelope icon in the top right corner)

Also, if you react to any post of this Community, ensure to use "@" to mention them, it is more likely that they will notice your message.. if you just reply it can get lost when there are more notifications in short time which is very probable in ServiceNow's employee such as Jim.

Hi @GlideFather ,

Thank you for your valuable support. This has been the first instance of getting some help from the Servicenow community.

Hi @Jim Poisson ,

Thank you for raising the issue with the certification team. I know that it will take time to get the incident details but it is taking time as i have raised the case two weeks ago and i disn't get any response.  Let's hope for the best.

Thanks

Tarun Raavi

Hey @Jim Poisson,

Thanks again for your help. The team immediately responded and resolved issue. I can take the exam now, but not sure when. because the system is still not allowing me to register.

I will wait for 24-48 hrs and lets see how it goes.
