Finally passed the ServiceNow CIS-DF (Data Foundations â CMDB & CSDM) certification exam!
The preparation was quite interesting because the exam is more concept-focused than simply memorizing questions. I spent most of my time reviewing CMDB fundamentals, CSDM concepts, CI classes and relationships, Identification & Reconciliation, and CMDB Health.
My biggest advice for anyone preparing for CIS-DF is to understand how the different CMDB and CSDM concepts work together rather than just trying to memorize definitions.
I also found it helpful to practice with scenario-based questions and review the topics where I was less confident.
Overall, I'm happy to have this certification completed. đŻ
