CIS ISM exam revocation with false allegation

Hello Team,

 

I have scheduled my ServiceNow CIS ITSM exam on March 13th and even before the first question appeared, I got a message that I am using the mobile and my exam is revoked, I have cleared the Data Foundation just 2 weeks ago and very much aware of the rules and was not using any mobile during the exam but there was only a one way communication, I wrote an email to Pearson and their customer care is repeating the same thing instead if someone review the recordings. I have also opened a case with ServiceNow(CS0595948) with no update yet.

 

I need help to understand if there is any process by which we can escalate any false revocation and someone can review the recordings where it will be clear that I have not used any mobile.

Thank you Atul, just got a reply from them saying that I am eligible for a retake with no extra charges.
