Lab issue 3.2.1 Add a field to a form

Hi Team,

I am following the steps as mentioned in

ServiceNow Administration book -Lab 3.2.1- Add a field to form.

My issue is in Form Builder I dont see the field "Pilot" as mentioned by the doc. Although the same filed comes in Incidenece list view
