CIS-ITSM certification - trainings and the version

Hello all,

I'm planning to take CIS-ITSM certification in the month of September 2025. When I see the on-demand courses for implementation I'm seeing the Xanadu version and don't see yakohoma version.  But I think the latest exam in CIS-ITSM is yakohoma version. Can someone please clarify whether I will be able to use the voucher of Xanadu to take the yakohoma exam,

You can absolutely use a Xanadu-version voucher to take the Yokohama CIS-ITSM exam in September 2025—just make sure your voucher is still valid.

Yes the current Xanadu version training and the release notes for Yokohama should be enough for the exam itself. The exam might only see few 1,2 or 3 questions new typically.

Your exam will be on the Xanadu release. To make sure you’re fully prepared, read the ebook 3–4 times, word by word, line by line, and also complete the labs alongside reading. For the mainline exam, the ebook is the single source of truth.
