I have my CIS - ITSM exam booked for next week and I was wondering if anyone could provide any advice on any good external resources to utilise for revision.
I've completed all the required learning and a lot of the additional recommended content, but would like to know if there are any credible websites that have realistic practice questions for me to test myself on.
Alternatively, if anyone has some personal study documents that they themselves used to pass their ITSM exam, I would be grateful to take a look at them.
Thanks All 🙂

Hi @Sam_jsyy
For any mainline exam, I would say the book is the single source of truth. If you read the eBook 2–3 times thoroughly, you should be well-prepared for the exam."
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

@Sam_jsyy read the questions very carefully :)) not sure if it was ITSM or CAD but sometimes there is a question with 7 options and you are asked to select 5 of 7 😄 which basically means "eliminate 2"... and you are sure with 3-4 but don't know the missing 1-2 so you guess... luckily this was I think just one or two questions maximum.
Also read it for the words like "never" or "always" , "for one" or "for all" as it can sometimes change the meaning without noticing it...
Not sure if this is anyhow helpful, most likely not... so just wishing you good luck!

Hi @Sam_jsyy ,
I recently cleared my CIS-ITSM, as per my experience use Quizlets (Search in google). Few of the answer may not be correct so check answers from the internet or Ebook. I got nearly 90% questions from Quizlet. Good luck.
If my answer helped you in anyways, please mark it- solution accepted.
