Company wants us to convert our nowlearning accounts to partner

Hello I have a quick question I'm not sure if anyone is able to answer our company wants us to convert our personal nowlearning accounts into their partner portal accounts. If I ever leave my company im worried that means I would essentially lose my certifications that I worked hard for. If you do leave are you able to convert your partner account back into a personal account and unmerge it from the company?

You would just need to contact ServiceNow so they can transfer over your certs as well as any courses you've completed.  I had to do that with my courses that I had completed.  It took a few days but no issues.

Hi @Daga579 ,

its not an issue. If you ever leave the company again, you just need to convert from partner to private account again - this can be done by support from ServiceNow.

Greetings!!

I did this a few months back. For this, first you company need to get added you in partner portal from old to new company and post that in Now Learning ., log a case and to migrate all learning and certs to new account. It is simple but some time it take 7-10 days. So don't be worry nothing is happening. Also before you accept solution, please take a screen shot of old records (at least learning in progress and vouchers not claimed) and one account moved and you can verify these stuff again to avoid any confusion.
