Hi - decided to get certified and had to take this short course - I answered the questions in the quiz correctly (all green ticks), but the button just says "Retake" - worried it will be block me after the 3rd attempt.
How can i get it to recognize the correct answers and move on to the next step?

If all the green circles are complete and it's still not showing 100%, I think you'll need to raise a case.
I think NowLearning can do a better job displaying what it detects as not being finished.
EDIT: I've also wasted so much time trying to figure what I didn't complete.

Which browser are you using? Can you try a different browser?
Also make sure you scroll down all the way. I had some buttons only appear on scrolling.

It always show "retake" so I will be able to come back later and retake the quiz.
Just check if the green circle is complete and the button at the bottom right side is "Previous".
And the course is shown to be "completed" and percentage done is "5/5".
If all is OK, it means completion of the course.

Hi there,
If still stuck after the suggestions from Willem and Hozawa, just log a personal case on NowLearning. I'm sometimes also just experiencing issues on NowLearning, where a ServiceNow employee just needs to step in.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Mark
