completed the application development fundamentals instructor led course and got no voucher

it is an instructor led course and Im pretty sure they owe me a voucher I tried contacting them it takes too long and the system update for websessor is happening soon so its a huge issue if the voucher wont be issued befre NOV 18b. a

Yes, currently the environment migration is in progress, and after that, you won’t need a voucher to claim.

The vendor migration period runs from November 3 to November 17, 2025.

During this time:

• Vouchers cannot be claimed or redeemed on Webassessor (Kryterion). 
• No new exam registrations or scheduling will be allowed on Webassessor (Kryterion).
• Any exams scheduled during this time will be canceled by Kry, and users will need to reschedule once the new platform is live.
• No new vouchers will be issued for courses completed during this period. The system will monitor these users, and they will be able to register for exams once the new platform is live.

After November 17, all exam registrations and scheduling will take place on the new platform. Your certification records and exam history will transfer automatically, so no action is required on your part.

none of you undestood what I meant because I probably didnt explain but my voucher means im not paying for the exam because you get one for paying for an instructor led course thats why its a big deal, they owe me a voucher for CAD that should become credits on the new update I dont want to pay twice for a site glitch

before Novemeber 2025 the voucher could be gained by completing a training (e.g. CAD) but claiming that voucher is a subject of extra payment. Yes, everything is paid and don't forget that everything is without taxes :((

So long story short, you complete a training and you get the voucher, some trainings are for free, but NO voucher is for free... passing that training makes you eligible but eligible doesn't mean free 😞

Nowadays 2nd to 17th November, there's ongoing transition from one facilitator to another - 

Transitioning from Webassessor to Pearson VUE FAQ as result of this transition, no new vouchers will be issued, you will register for exams directly at the University but the voucher received earlier and are not consumed nor expired will still be possible to use for that registration.

I understand your frustration and know that you won't like to hear it but nobody owes you anything :(( if you still think so, raise a case for the appropriate team. Go to SN University and in the top menu bar, there's Help Centre, click it and then Create a case. Explain your situation and they will assist you accordingly..
