My fiance took the same course as me and only paid $300 or so to take the class and then the exam. Nothing extra. I've done the same and finished the fundamentals course and am ready to take the exam but when I go to voucher it tells me to pay an additional $300....Do I have to purchase an exam too? So very confused and wanted to write as soon as Thurs

Hello,
The onDemand course does not include the cost of the voucher. The voucher is a separate payment, normally an additional $300. So the Fundamentals course would be a total of $600.
There were promotional periods where ServiceNow gave the Fundamentals course for free, but the cost of the voucher was still present, etc.

You can't buy an exam on webassessor. For the first take of an Exam, you always need a voucher. Yes something like $450 might be shown, though clicking further you'll see a voucher is mandatory. And upon entering the voucher... suddenly it becomes $0 🙂
If a retake needed, that does need to be paid directly on webassessor.
Kind regards,
Mark
