Please find the details below which is from my practical experience as I have done both of my certifications including CSA and SAM professional:
1) Both SAM professional and CSA courses are now available on Demand basis. You can access the course using the links below:

So you can learn on your own as well and need to invest in instructor based course and spend . If you still need it there are Instructor based courses also available which you can utilize it but you will need to spend money on those.
Once you are done with these courses cost of Examination is 300$ and with taxes it will be close to 353$ which may vary on current rates in the currency you are doing the transaction.
Course Duration: If you are doing it your self , you can takes as many days you need to get that completed, but sooner the better from learning perspective.
For instructor based, it will be 3 days each for both the courses.
Exam Duration: 90 minutes will be provided and at the time of registration they will display the details as well.
